Cornets

The cornet is a brass instrument very similar to the trumpet. The Cornet is shorter than the trumpet and has a conical bore instead of the more cylindrical bore of the trumpet. It has a warmer voice than the trumpet and a warmer tone. The most common is the Bb Cornet.
