Policy on Returns and Exchanges

1First of all, don't buy things you can't afford or don't need!
2If you need to return something, contact the vendor by logging in.
3Make sure you fill out the request fully so they know what is comingback and why
4Depending on the product and vendor, either you or they will need to arrange the return of the product.
5Once the return is recieved by the vendor, you will be refunded or they will send a replacement.

Eligibility of Items for Return or Exchange

Each vendor has their own way of dealing with returns and exchanges so if there is an issue with a product you have received, please contact them directly to resolve it. We do everything possible to ensure we only work with the highest quality vendors and suppliers. If after contacting the vendor directly you are struggling to find a solution, please send an email to anita@anitom.co
The return and refund policy is between you (the shopper) and the vendor (the seller).
