Offshore DP50 Digital Upright Piano | 88-Key Weighted Keyboard | Matte Black

The Offshore DP50 is an 88-key digital upright piano that pairs the look and feel of a traditional home piano with the practical features of a modern digital instrument. Its elegant matte black cabinet, three integrated pedals and progressive hammer-action keyboard make it an excellent choice for students, beginners and home players who want an authentic piano experience, while built-in accompaniment, recording and Bluetooth connectivity add versatility for practice and creativity.

Authentic Playing Feel

The DP50 features an 88-note progressive hammer-action keyboard that reproduces the graded touch of an acoustic piano, with a heavier feel in the lower register and a lighter response in the upper register. This helps players develop proper finger strength and technique from the very beginning. Three keyboard sensitivity levels allow the touch response to be adapted to each player’s style and level.

The three integrated pedals are built into the cabinet, just like on an acoustic upright, giving pianists the expressive control needed for classical and contemporary repertoire alike.

Rich, Detailed Sound

At the heart of the DP50 is Dream France sampling, delivering a natural and expressive piano tone. With 189-note polyphony, sustained passages and layered sounds are reproduced clearly without notes cutting off. The 29 built-in voices offer a varied palette beyond the piano, while the reverb effect adds depth and a sense of space. A bass/treble equalizer lets players fine-tune the sound to suit the room and their personal preference.

The integrated 2 × 25 W amplification system provides a full, room-filling sound for home practice and performance, with no external speakers required.

Accompaniment and Creative Tools

The DP50 goes beyond a traditional piano with 19 rhythms and 19 accompaniment styles. The automatic accompaniment function responds to single-finger or multi-finger chords, making it easy to play along with a backing band, explore different musical styles and develop a sense of rhythm and harmony.

Dual mode combines two voices for a richer, layered sound, while Split mode assigns different voices to the left and right sides of the keyboard, which is ideal for playing bass and melody parts or for accompaniment.

Practice and Learning

A configurable metronome supports accurate timing and steady practice. The built-in 5000-note recorder/player lets players capture their performances and listen back, an invaluable tool for tracking progress and identifying areas to improve. Three demo songs showcase the instrument’s sound and capabilities.

Connectivity

Dual 6.35 mm headphone outputs allow two people to listen at the same time, which is perfect for teacher-student lessons or silent practice without disturbing others. The 6.35 mm auxiliary input lets you connect an external audio source to play along with backing tracks or favourite songs. The USB MIDI interface connects the DP50 to a computer, tablet or music-production software, while the BT connection adds convenient wireless functionality. The LCD display provides clear feedback on settings and functions.
