Volume & Tuner Pedals
The volume and tuner pedal are an absolutely necessary part of every guitarist's pedalboard. Adding volume pedal before your distortion pedal will help you define the signal that goes in, doing almost the same as the volume knob on your guitar, but packed in a convenient pedal. The tuner pedal is not only useful for the obvious reasons, but also it will cut off the signal when you are on stage and mute your guitar for the audience whilst you're making sure you are in tune.
