With auto tempo recognition, the HOOK Drum & Loop (NDL-3) is a compact looper pedal. Just record a loop of a phrase, then sync it with a drum beat. Alternatively, you may play the drum beat with the accompanying Smart Tap Tempo and begin recording the phrase loop. The MNU HOOK-DRUM&LOOPMINI is easy to use and intuitive.

You have the option of using Normal Recording or Auto Recording when you record your phrase loop. Normal Recording (NR) functions similarly to a standard looper pedal in that recording begins as soon as the footswitch is pressed. Press the footswitch to record arm the looper while in Auto Recording (AR) mode. The instant HOOK recognizes your guitar signal, recording will begin. This is useful since you can operate the MNU HOOK-DRUM&LOOPMINI by NUX with your hand rather than your foot when placing it on the desk. 

The NDL-3 has a recording resolution of 24 bits at 44.1 kHz and a recording length of 6 minutes with an infinite number of overdubs. True-bypass and analog dry-through are the modes. Because the drum beats and loop playback are separate, you may pause the loop while maintaining the drum beat. Repeat the sentence loop as often as you like.

 A PHONES out jack is also included with this HOOK Drum & Loop Mini Core Series! We are aware that many musicians like using pedals, and that they occasionally require quiet practice! Lastly, the HOOK APP allows you to export your phrase loop WAV file.The USB-C port is for firmware updates. Connect USB cable to a PC and hold the footswitch to boot-up the device and to enter the DFU (Device Firmware Update) mode. Once connected you can do firmware updates using DFU updater software.
