Eko Guitars' multi-effect pedal for electric and acoustic bass is called the BAIO B. Eight infrared sensors for the bass amplifier, complete gain and tone controls, a compressor, chorus, phaser, reverb, delay, instrument input and jack output, stereo headphone output, built-in tuner with mute function, dedicated USB ports for use as an audio interface for PCs and Macs, and a stereo headphone output are just a few of its features. With dimensions of 16 cm by 6 cm and weighted at 260 grammes, BAIO B by EKO is an all-in-one multi-effect system that provides all the capabilities and functionality required by today's bassists and guitarists. Its aluminium design makes it incredibly sturdy and portable, and it gives you complete control over your audio.

The preamp section has gain,  three-band EQ and compression. The Modulation section, accessed via the Mod control, lets you  add chorus and phase; delay and echo can be activated with a separate button, delay time and echo size can be adjusted with a time control. The IR control allows you to choose from eight Impulse Responses, created specifically for BAIO by Massimo Varini, who selected and customized the best IRs from the DrapSound brand. You can control the output volume, and three footswitches let you  switch from Preset mode  to Live mode, which lets you control the IR, Delay/Roll, Chorus/Tremolo and Preamp sections separately. The footswitches also allow you to use Bluetooth, which allows you to play your favorite background music through an external device, or activate the built-in tuner,  which also allows you to completely mute the output signal.

The rear panel has two standard connections for input and output, a power switch, a USB connection for pedal power and battery charging, and a computer connection for  a sound card. With the telephone connection, you can connect a smartphone with a special cable and use the  BAIO as a telephone audio connection. It also has a headphone jack that allows simultaneous listening of the instrument signal and possible Bluetooth playback.
