The NUX VERB CORE DELUXE | MNU VERBCORE-DLX is a reverb pedal with 8 different types including Room, Hall, Plate, Damp, Shim, Spring, Tre-Verb and Mod Verb. You can select the reverb type by using the Type knob.

1.  Room reverb - simulates a smaller acoustic room. In such a room, soft materials absorb many reflections, and the sound reflects and supports only  the walls, windows, and perhaps some furniture. The echo of the room resembles the normal atmosphere that we are used to hearing in the real world.
2.  Hall reverb - is based on the legendary Lexicon 224 released in 1978. It features the famous lush reverb tail that single-handedly defined the sound of an entire era. Big sweeping reverb with a warm and organic decay. 
3.  Plate reverb - is inspired by the EMT 140, which used a metal plate suspended from a steel frame, capable of producing an audible reverberation in an acoustic chamber; the famous studio reverb found on classical recordings. 
4.  Damp reverb - is huge and endless, warm and natural. 
5.  The Shim (Shimmer) Reverb - moves the reverb up an octave through each feedback loop, creating a haunting and otherworldly sound. It's a unique effect that can open up interesting and experimental sound options. 
6.  Spring Reverb - simulates the dripping and tickling sound of a spring tank caused by the mechanical vibration of a spring. For a "branchy" tone, the Spring reverb is a solid choice for adding a bottom-heavy dimension. Classic surf echo; great for Rockabilly too! 
7.  Tre-Verb (Tremolo Verb) - combines tremolo and string reverb like a vintage tube amp with warm tremolo and spring reverb  that  fills  your sound with truly classic depth and dimension. 
8.  Mod-Verb (Modulation verb) - combines a great chorus with a wet echo. This massive reverb creates a lush, atmospheric sound. 

 The USB-C port is for firmware updates. Connect the USB cable to the computer and press and hold the foot switch to turn on the device and  enter  DFU (Device Firmware Update) mode. After connecting, you can update the firmware  using DFU update software.
