  •        Free Delivery In Bulgaria For Orders Over 50 BGN

    Payment methods 

    At Anitom.eu you can pay with one of the following methods:

    - Cash on Delivery - with this method of payment you pay directly to the courier upon delivery of your shipment. From the courier you will receive a receipt for collected cash on delivery and a transport document, which lists all the details of your order. By signing the transport document, you authorize the courier to hand us over on your behalf the amount you paid for the delivered goods. This payment method is available only for Bulgaria and Romania.

    - Bank transfer - with this method you pay by bank transfer the amount due for your order. You will be contacted by our operator to confirm the details of your order and you will receive per e-mail the details of the bank transfer. Your order will be sent after the payment has been confirmed.

    Shipping 

    All shipments are serviced by Speedy AD (part of DPD Group).

    For Bulgaria and Romania the charge for delivery is free for all online orders worth over BGN 50 (130RON). For orders under BGN 50 (130RON) you will be charged a BGN 5 (13RON) delivery fee. For orders to be delivered outside of Bulgaria and Romania we will confirm the cost of delivery via e-mail once your order is submitted. 

    In the "Notes" field you can specify all additional instructions for the delivery address.

    Orders received before 17:00 (Monday to Friday) and before 12:00 on Saturdays will be processed and sent on the same day, orders received after 17:00 could be processed and sent on the next working day.

    The delivery window of your order may vary depending on the schedule of the courier company ( in this case Speedy AD, part of DPD Group) for your address. Speedy AD ( or their partners for your country) will contact you to make the delivery.

    Anitom.eu is not responsible for delays when it is the fault of the courier or due to circumstances beyond our control. Anitom.eu is not to blame for incorrect execution of the order due to incorrect information, such as incorrect address, contact person, telephone number.
